Narumi Jyuuzou :

Narumi Jyuuzou ran through the Walled City to escape assassination from some hitmen. When he was cornered by two of them, his ability to control microwaves gathered from electrical current awoke, and he used it to kill them. STN-J started becoming suspecious of a distant relative of his, who was a witch on the STN list, but didn't pay attention to him until he killed another stranger due to his lack of control over his newfound ability. Robin and Amon manage to stop him from killing another hitman sent after him. After analyzing his body, they determined that his ability suddenly sprang up, possibly due to Methuselah's influence...
