Yoshioka Aki:

Yoshioka Aki's motivation for setting various men ablaze during episode 9 was to get revenge for the death of her twin sister, Saki. As children, Saki and Aki lived in a shelter run by Aramune Seichiirou for battered women. While it seemed like an act of goodwill for those living outside of the shelter, Aramune was actually using it to farm people whose organs would be sold on the black market. Saki was one of the children he killed with this business. When Amon and Robin catch up with her, she is already incinerated Aramune. She attacks Amon, knocking him backwards, but cannot do so with Robin, who blocks her with her own ability. Aki says that it is impossible for Robin to have the same power as her and her sister, which distracts her long enough for Amon to cap her with Orbo.
