Takizawa Shouji:

Takizawa Shouji was the main witch STN-J focused their search on in episode 5. He was a wealthy person with a family who suddenly disappeared without a trace. Haruto, Doujima, Robin, and Karasuma look for Takizawa in areas with a large percent of homeless people, but cannot find him. He eventually turns up dead, most likely as a result of meeting up with a Single Eye witch...

Single Eye Witch:

Michael's voiceover in episode 5 describes Single Eye witches as those who "[can] send very powerful feelings into people that they cannot control." They basically put their victims into a tremendous state of fear, causing them to act very irrational. These witches get their name due to the fact they only have one good eye, and when they use their powers, they give off a smell similar to that of an olive tree. It is believed that this is the witch who drive Takizawa to his death before STN-J could find him.
