“Master”, as this man is called by the STN-J members who frequent the restaurant, is a Seed who owns and runs the nearby Harry’s. Master acts like a father-figure to Robin, bringing her food and coffee when she needs it and sending her off to get examined when Robin came down with a cold.

Like many of the people involved in any way to STN-J, there is more to Master than meets the eye. Master is also an informant for the organization, providing Amon and the others with information on witches that Michael cannot seem to find for them. His restaurant later becomes a base of operations for the other members of STN-J when they begin their plans to invade Factory towards the end of the series.

While the power only seems to lie dormant within him, Master regrets the fact that the “dark power” that sleeps in him awakened within his son Yutaka, causing him to turn him in to STN-J two years prior to the beginning of the series. He is reunited with his son during the series, but only long enough to hear his son’s apology before dying in his arms.
