Not much really to say about Hattori, except that he's Kosaka's assistant and always seen with him. They apparently even leave Raven's Flat at the same time, so... make what you will out of that. o.o; He's usually found in the office handing Kosaka tea or coffee, giving him various paperwork, or yelling at the poor guard over the phone.
