Every secret organization that benefits society needs to have a guard to protect their offices, right? Well, STN-J is no exception -- this is the man they have hired on to be their bouncer. In addition to his guarding duties, we often see him reading the magazines to check out the horoscope for Virgos (which he apparently is). When he's not doing that, he helps Robin out with her vespa.
