Doctor Kurosawa:

Doctor Kurosawa is a witch who uses his ability to channel life-forces between people, often using this power to save his associate Dr. Kirihara's often terminally ill patients by using the "undesirables" such as Mafia members as life-force donors. Kurosawa doesn't see anything wrong in using his ability to steal life from one in order to save another--he looks upon this as his mission from God, and he plans to fulfill it for as long as he can. Kurosawa's life ends rather tragically as he uses his power one last time to revive his friend Kirihara from the dead, so that he may save Robin after her and STN-J's failed hunt, but not before telling Robin to follow her own destiny after he discovers that she too is a witch--albeit a witch hunting other witches. :)
