That makes somewhat slightly more sense then community. O.o
Dang my scanner broke so it'll be a while before I can get to scan the bigger version of the STN-J logo.
The only way I think STN-J would makes sense is those words was translated into Japanese:
S=SOLOMON
T= toukatsu (which isn't exactly executive but means more like 'control' in a executive like manner)
N= nin'idantai (Japanese word for private organization not proteceted or controlled by law which I think suits STNJ)
